What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on activating the muscles which lie deep around the spine, pelvis and hips. Pilates aims to develop a strong central core to the body to give greater support to joints, improve posture and increase power production for the whole body, leading to many benefits for all.

Our physiotherapists are specially trained in teaching Pilates to ensure you gain as much as possible out of your sessions and achieve your individual goals.

Class Times and Prices

Mixed level Pilates classes are currently held at Blush Dance Studio on Mondays 5:30pm-6:30pm.

Classes are priced at £60 for 6 weekly classes. Tasters classes are £10.

Physiotherapy Taster Sessions

Physiotherapy taster sessions are also available at Blush Dance Studio for dancers to receive a mini assessment and advice for injuries. If further physiotherapy would be beneficial, you will also receive £10 off a 1 hour physiotherapy assessment with treatment at any of the clinics.

Physio taster sessions are held on the last Monday of every month. Please feel free to put your name down on the list at the dance studio to book an appointment.
